IND Vs SA, 2nd T20I: India Beat South Africa By 16 Runs

In a high-scoring second T20I, India defeated South Africa by 16 runs to grab a commanding 2-0 lead in the 3-match series on Sunday. After being put in to bat, India amassed a substantial 237 for three runs thanks to the top four’s good batting performance. They then came back to restrict the guests to 221 for 3 runs within the allotted 20 overs. For the guests, Quinton de Kock (69 not out) plus David Miller (106 not out) scored the majority of the runs. At the Barsapara cricket stadium here, KL Rahul (57) plus Rohit Sharma (43) placed on a 96-run opening stand to lay the groundwork for India.

Suryakumar Yadav (61) then took the stage, smashing 5 boundaries as well as many sixes on his way to a 102-run partnership with Virat Kohli off only 40 balls (49 not out). However, in his seven-ball 17 not out, Dinesh Karthik delivered some lusty punches.

Highlights from India vs. South Africa’s second Twenty-20 match, ball-by-ball Commentary: After being put in to bat, India amassed a substantial 237 for three runs thanks to the top four’s good batting performance. They then came back to restrict the guests to 221 for 3 runs within the allotted 20 overs.

In the second T20I match here on Sunday, India defeated South Africa by a score of 16 runs thanks to a powerful batting performance. The host team won all three games to win the series 2-0.

India scored a massive 237 for three to eliminate South Africa from the game. The pursuit was unsuccessful because Deepak Chahar’s opening over resulted in a maiden for captain Temba Bavuma. David Miller made a sincere effort to hit the target and scored his highest T20I total. Miller, though, had an excessive amount of work. India overpowered the opponent and maintained dominance the entire game.

India enjoyed a routine South African bowling performance after being put in.

The South African assault provided an enticing selection of long hops, full tosses, plus overpitched freebies as Rohit Sharma (43),  KL Rahul (57), Virat Kohli (49 n.o.), with Suryakumar Yadav (61) made merry.

Particularly Suryakumar made the most of the errant deliveries. By threading a waist-high full toss off Wayne Parnell over point for six, he quickly reached his fifty within 18 balls. The South Africans appeared to have no idea what was going on as Suryakumar slammed the ball to all parts of the ground. Within the 19th over, Suryakumar was run out, yet by this time, the Mumbai batsman had decisively shifted the game in India’s favour.

In a T20I, Suryakumar tied the second-fastest 50 by an Indian.

Rahul recently produced one of his best T20I performances. The starter showed good intentions by scoring runs at a strike rate of above 200. Rahul relished on deliveries that strayed on his pads, flicking it over square-leg for maximums with his wrists.

As usual, Kohli was quite active, varying his stroke and taking advantage of mishit balls.

When a snake reached the playing area, the game was temporarily suspended. The umpires were alerted to the intrusion by the batters Rohit and Rahul. While shocked onlookers and cricketers watched, a few groundsmen arrived with the necessary instruments to remove the snake.

A second interruption occurred, but this time it happened as South Africa was batting. The failure of one of the floodlights resulted in a sizable delay. To wait for the lights to turn back on, the players were compelled to leave the field.

IND versus SA: Arshdeep Singh scores 26 runs Actual Score

In the penultimate over, Miller pulled a Miller, hitting Arshdeep Singh for 2 sixes and 2 fours. 26 runs were scored overall in the over, and South Africa needs 37 more runs from the final 6 balls to win.

Conclusion India defeated South Africa by a score of 16 runs. With one game left, they also end the series with it, 2-0. Quinton de Kock also contributed with a 69 not out of 48 balls as South Africa held strong, but one must accept that India had the upper hand ever since they put a frightening total of 237/3 on the board within the first innings.

The Air Force received the first of these helicopters today

The 5.8-ton light combat helicopter is armoured, capable of night strikes, and has crash-worthy landing gear for greater survivability.

India’s defence minister, Rajnath Singh, will be present to witness the introduction of the country’s initial light combat helicopters to the AF – Air Force on Monday. The defence minister stated on Sunday that the induction could give a “huge boost” to the IAF’s “fighting prowess” before his trip to Jodhpur, Rajasthan, wherein induction is scheduled to take place.

A light combat helicopter’s features include all-weather fighting capabilities, agility, high altitude performance, manoeuvrability, and extended range. These helicopters were created by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), and additional features claimed for improved survivability include armour protection, night assault capability, plus crash-worthy landing gear.

In March of this year, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) authorized the purchase of 15 Light Combat Helicopters (LCH) Limited Series Production for a price of Rs. 3,887 Cr., coupled with infrastructure sanctions of Rs. 377 Cr.

According to authorities quoted by the news agency, the 5.8-tonne twin-engine helicopter that will be inducted on Monday already has passed several weapons fire tests.

The Atma Nirbhar Abhiyan, or Make-In-India project, claims that India has been steadily focusing on improving its ability to domestically design, build, and create cutting-edge technologies and systems as in defence sector.

Rajnath Singh remarked during the induction ceremony, “For a long time, there was a need for attack helicopters and during the 1999 Kargil war, its need was felt seriously. The LCH is a result of research & development for two decades. And its induction into the IAF is an important milestone in defence production.”

He added, “LCH is capable of dodging the enemy, carrying a variety of ammunition, and delivering it to the site quickly. LCH perfectly meets the needs of our armed forces in various terrains and it is an ideal platform for both our Army and Airforce.”

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited produces the light combat helicopter, an exclusive combat helicopter that was conceived and produced in India (HAL).

As per HAL, the light combat helicopter satisfies the unique needs of the Indian Armed Forces by being the only attack helicopter in the world which can take off and land at an elevation of 5,000 metres (16400 feet) while carrying a sizable load of fuel or weapons.

The helicopter has all the necessary agility, range extension, manoeuvrability, high altitude performance, plus 24/7/365 all-weather combat capabilities. The Indian Air Force and Army might use it as a powerful platform to suit their operational needs.

The Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS), which is chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, authorised the purchase of 15 locally developed Limited Series Production (LSP) LCH in March for a total of Rs 3,887 crore. Ten helicopters will be given to the Indian Air Force and five to the Indian Army, according to the defence ministry.

The helicopter has been put through rigorous operational testing in places like the desert, Siachen, and sea level.

10-Point Guide

  • The Light Combat Helicopter (LCH), created by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL), a state-owned aerospace company, was primarily intended for use in high-altitude environments. At an event in Jodhpur, this was admitted into the IAF in the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari.
  • The name of the helicopter—currently known as the LCH—will likely be revealed by the defence minister. Then he is supposed to fly one of the choppers on a sortie.
  • The Indian Army as well as Indian Air Force’s attack helicopter formations would be built on the light combat helicopter during the subsequent years. The 5.8-ton, twin-engine helicopter has successfully passed several weapon fire tests, according to the officials.
  • Although we also have the American Apache helicopter, which is bigger and probably more competent, this one serves a particular purpose, especially during missions at extremely high altitudes where it can transport a substantial payload. The chopper’s design is wholly indigenous to India. The Indian integration is complete.
  • Over Ladakh, the helicopter has been tested. It has air-to-air missiles that can destroy Chinese drones. Employing air-to-surface anti-tank weapons, it can even destroy tanks that are on the ground.
  • To the Indian Army will go 95 of these helicopters. A few others have already enlisted. Around 65 will also join the Indian Air Force. The initial allocation for the Indian Air Force was more than 3,500 crores, making this a tremendously expensive undertaking. As approval is granted, the price will gradually be updated. As future versions of this helicopter are created, that sanction will be granted over time.
  • The LCH and the Advanced Light Helicopter Dhruv are comparable. According to the officials, it boasts several stealth characteristics, armoured protection systems, night assault capability, as well as crash-worthy landing gear for improved survivability. It has the necessary agility, extended range, manoeuvrability, high altitude performance, as well as all combat capacity to carry out a variety of tasks, including the destruction of enemy air defence (DEAD), counter-insurgency (CI), as well as combat search and rescue (CSAR) operations.
  • The helicopter can be utilized to support ground forces, conduct high-altitude bunker-busting operations, and conduct counterinsurgency operations in urban and jungle areas.
  • The helicopter may also be used to take out enemy remotely piloted aircraft (RPAs) and stationary aircraft. According to officials, it will be a powerful platform to satisfy the operational needs of the Indian Army and IAF. According to them, the LCH has been combined with cutting-edge technologies and systems that are compatible with stealth features including reduced visual, radar, aural, and IR signatures and crashworthiness characteristics for greater survivability for use in combat missions.

The initial batch of locally produced light combat helicopters was delivered to the Indian Air Force on Monday. Today in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the induction ceremony for the first light combat helicopter (LCH) built domestically was attended by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.

Navratri 2022: Important Kanya Puja principles and their implications for Ashtami and Navami

Hinduism holds that the feminine identity represents the widespread creative talent. Mahamaya is the initial power, inspired by whom the deity and the rest of the cosmology were made. The imagination is what gives all of discovery life. Numerous goddesses serve as representations for all the principal and minor sources of energy and forces. It is believed that Mahamaya, the primary motivation behind the Navaratra goddess Durga, is the source of all of her embodiments.  Nine goddesses are worshipped over the course of nine days, stage art pieces are used, the prodigy is recited, the narrative is acted out, and Hindu religious texts are chanted. The nine days also serve as a significant harvest season cultural festival, with activities like pandal layout and orchestrating competitions, family visits to these pandals, and live appearances of Hindu dances from both the classical and popular traditions. Navaratri is frequently observed by Hindu devotees by fasting. The figurines are now either burned with firework displays to symbolise the defeat of cruel on the the last day, known as Vijayadashami, or they are submerged in a water body like a river or the ocean. Additionally, during this time, Deepavali (the festival of lights), which is observed twenty days after Vijayadashami, is being prepared for.

Importance of every day

  • Day 1: This day is referred to as Pratipada (first day) and is connected to Shailaputri (“Daughter of Mountain”), a manifestation of Parvati. As daughter of Himavan (the protector deity of the Himalayan region), Durga is adored in this version. She is shown cruising the bull Nandi and holding a trishula in her right wrist and a flower in her left. Mahakali is regarded as having an immediate embodiment in Shailaputri. Yellow, the colouring for the day, represents activity and vitality. She is also referred to as Hemavati and is believed to be a replica of Sati, Shiva’s first wife who later takes the form of Parvati.
  • Day 2: Goddess Brahmacharini, a different form of Parvati, is revered on Dwitiya . Yogini, Parvati’s unmarried self, took on this form. Brahmacharini is revered for bestowing moksha, or liberation, as well as prosperity and tranquility. She represents joy and peace and is portrayed as walking barefoot while carrying a japamala (prayer beads) and a kamandala (pot). Today’s colour scheme is green. Occasionally, the serene orange colour is utilized to create a powerful life force energy everywhere.
  • Day 3: The third day, or Tritiya, honours the adoration of Chandraghanta; the name stems from the fact that Parvati wore the ardhachandra on her top of the head ever since she wed Shiva. She is both the epitome of beauty and a representation of heroism. The third day’s colour scheme is greyish, which is vigorous and can lift anyone’s spirits.
  • Day 4: On Chaturthi, devotees pray the goddess Kushmanda (fourth day). The colour scheme that day is orange because Kushmanda, who is thought to represent the universe’s driving spark, is linked to the creation of vegetative cover on earth. She is pictured sitting on a tiger as well as possessing eight hands.
  • Day 5: On Panchami (the fifth day), the deity Skandamata is revered as Skanda’s mother (or Kartikeya). Whenever a mother’s infant faces hazard, the colour white is a representation of her morphing power. She is shown to have four arms, be riding a fierce lion, and be carrying her infant.
  • Day 6: Katyayini is a personification of Durga who was born to the wise man Katyayana and is depicted as displaying the boldness that the colour red represents. She is referred to as the warrior deity and is among Devi’s most aggressive manifestations. Katyayani has four arms and a lion as her alter ego. She is a manifestation of Mahalakshmi and Parvati. Shashtami is her day of celebration (sixth day). On this particular day, Maha Shashti and the beginning of the shardiya Durga Puja are noticed in eastern India.
  • Day 7: On Saptami, Kalaratri, thought to be the fiercest manifestation of Goddess Durga, is worshipped. According to legend, Parvati shed her fair skin in order to slay the evil spirits Sumbha and Nisumbha. Navy blue is the day’s tint. The Goddess has blazing eyes and wears red clothing or tiger skin. Her skin darkens as she displays her fury. The worshippers are assured that the Goddess will keep them safe by using the colour red, which symbolises worship. On Saptami, she is honoured (seventh day).
  • Day 8: Mahagauri is a representation of wisdom and harmony. It is said that Kaalaratri’s skin warmed up after taking a dip in the River ganges. Pink, a hue that symbolises positivity, is the hue connected with this day. Ashtami is her day of celebration (eighth day). On this particular day, Maha Astami is celebrated in eastern India.  It is an extremely significant tithi and is recognised as the birthday of Chandi’s Mahishasuramardini avatar.
  • Day 9: The ninth day, or Navami, is the final day of the celebration, when Siddhidhatri is prayed to. She is said to have all kinds of Siddhis and to foist them while seated on a lotus . The magenta hue of the day, also referred to as Mahalakshmi, symbolises awe for the splendor of nature. The wife of Shiva, Parvati, is Siddhidatri.  The goddess Siddhidatri is thought to have a side on Lord Shiva’s body. The name Ardhanarishwara is thus another name for him. Religious texts from the Vedas claim that Lord Shiva worshipped this Deity in order to achieve all the siddhis.

Kanya puja will be carried out by numerous individuals as a component of the Navratri ceremonies. Let’s explore the explanation for this ritual.

Quick knowledge:

  • The eighth day of Navratri adoration is known as Maha Ashtami.
  • A nine-day festival is called Navratri.
  • The 9 days of fasting must culminate with the Kanya/Kanjak puja.

On October 3, 2022, the region will start celebrating Maha Ashtami, also known as Durga Ashtami. The nine-day festival commemorates the triumph of goodness over evil and the conclusion of Maa Durga’s conflict with the evil spirit Mahishasura. This year’s Shardiya Navratri started on September 26 and will end on October 4 with the Navami puja and on October 5 with Dussehra/Vijayadashami. Numerous Hindu families perform Kanjak or Kanya Pooja mostly on momentous occasion of Ashtami, during which nine girls who haven’t yet gone through puberty are invited into the home by having to wash their feet. Although practised throughout India, the ritual is particularly well-known in places like Delhi, Punjab, Bihar, etc..

Some family members choose to perform Kanjak or Kanya Puja on Maha Navami. Why exactly are these nine young girls being worshipped? Let’s explore.

What exactly is Kanjak/Kanya puja?

Young girls who would be adored this day are said to be epitome of Goddess Durga, according to the Devi Bhagwat Puran. Kanjak Puja or Kanya Pujan is the name for the devotion of ten girls and one boy (known as Langur) for the same purpose, and it is also preceded by amazing food (bhog). Because children are believed to have the clearest spirits since they have little or no  negative emotions, Kanjak puja is practised. And honouring nine girls during this puja is comparable to honouring Goddess Durga in each of her nine incarnations.

Importance of Kanjak/Kanya puja?

Kanjak puja is managed to perform on Ashtami or Navami (the eighth or ninth day of Navratri). You could indeed express your gratefulness to the Divine Goddess in this way as well. Nine girls are greeted at the door and presented with gifts and delectable bhog. They are idolised as such nine spiritual aspects of Goddess Durga—embodied in these young girls who have yet to hit puberty.

Norms of Kanjak/Kanya Puja

  1.  Nine prepubescent girls are invited into the home.
  2.  Prior to getting requested to sit on a cloth, those very same young girls and one boy (langur) have their feet cleaned and left to dry.
  3. A tilak is applied to their foreheads, and they have kalava attached around their forearms.
  4. Following the distribution of the prasad of delicate coconut, people are then given halwa and kaale chane.
  5. Additionally, gifts such as money, accessories, apparel, and other items are given to the young girls.
  6. They were bid farewell by people approaching their feet and asking for their good wishes.

To everyone celebrating, a happy Navaratri!

The complete guide to Information Technology

If you weren’t born and raised in a small, isolated town, you’ve probably heard of information technology, or just “IT.” Have you ever paused to ask yourself, “What precisely is IT?” or “Where did it originate from?” We define a wide range of industries, jobs, and technologies using IT. IT is arguably the most important component of our human civilization, serving as both the catalyst and the sticky tape that continues to hold it all together.

The utilization of computers, storage, connectivity, as well as other hardware objects, facilities, and procedures to create, process, shop, secure, and transfer all aspects of electronic data is known as information technology (IT). IT is generally used in the context of corporate operations, as compared to personal or entertainment technology. IT for business includes both computer applications and telecoms.  Information technology was first used by The Harvard Business Review to distinguish between broad sense computing devices that could be scheduled for a variety of tasks and computers built specifically to perform a narrow range of tasks. Cloud computing enhanced while device costs and power consumption decreased as the IT industry developed starting in the middle of the 20th century, a loop that still holds true presently as new technologies are created.

What exactly does information technology include?

The IT division makes sure that all of the company’s systems, connections, statistics, and implementations are connected and operating properly. Three main areas are handled by the IT team:

  1. Detonates and upholds business network, facilities, and software solutions
  2. Supervises, enhances, and inspects implementation, service, and connectivity effectiveness; and
  3. Manages the application security and oversight.

The vast bulk of the IT teammates perform a variety of tasks within the team that are divided into a number of crucial areas, including:

  1. Management

IT surroundings, along with systems, connections, and applications, is deployed, run, and monitored on a daily basis by administrators. Administrators frequently carry out a variety of other tasks, including software updates, technical support, software license management, sourcing, security, data processing, and keeping track of conformance and workflow standards.

  1. Support

Employees at the assistance desk are experts at giving data, fielding inquiries, and guiding both software and hardware debugging efforts. IT support frequently entails managing IT assets and changes, assisting administrators with purchasing, handling data and software backup and restore, watching and analyzing logs and other monitoring and evaluation tools, and adhering to pre-established support routines and procedures.

  1. Adherence

Companies are required to follow various legal standards that are driven by both the government and the industry. IT personnel are crucial in safeguarding and overseeing access to business information and software to make sure that these resources are used in accordance with a set business governance frameworks that satisfies regulatory obligations. In order to prevent, identify, inspect, and report potential vulnerabilities, these employees are heavily involved in security tasks and frequently work with legal and corporate teams.

How essential is information technology?

It has been stated that data drives all of the world’s industry sectors. Though it may be exaggerated, few businesses, whether big or small, can remain relevant without the capacity to gather data and transform it into insightful knowledge. The ability to create, process, analyze, transfer, store, and secure information is made possible by IT.

Data processing, among many other things, is essential to some of these crucial business operations, like:

  • Product planning and development
  • Advertising and trend analysis
  • Sales and billing
  • Client recruitment and retention
  • Financial and tax preparation
  • Human resource management and payroll
  • Regulatory requirements.

Nearly all of these devices—of which Sensor nodes make up the majority—connect to the internet, which connects billions of devices around the globe. For planning, security, upkeep, and dependability, it’s a complicated and potentially dangerous environment that calls for IT expertise.

Various examples:

Therefore, how essentially does IT fit into regular tasks? Check out these five common IT and team examples from the workplace:

  1. Improved servers

A server or servers in a data centre approaching the end of the production chain for company operations and maintenance. IT staff will choose and purchase substitute servers, customize and implement the dedicated server, backup apps and information on physical servers, transmit that information and software to the new servers, substantiate that the virtual machines are operational, and then reconfigure or dismantle and take possession of the old servers.

  1. Brand new software

The company decides there is a need for a new mobile platform that will enable users to sign in, connect customer data, and perform other tasks from tablets and smartphones. An appropriate application is being developed and improved by developers in accordance with a predetermined blueprint. The rear elements of the new mobile app are deployed to the company’s IT infrastructure by the engineering team and posted for install after each iterative process.

  1. Business expansion

For revenue or contingency planning strategies, a company needs a software platform to be more available. The IT team might be asked to design elevated groupings to boost the application’s achievement and adaptability and make sure it can keep running even in the event of a single power failure. Advancements to data memory protection and retrieval can be combined with this.

  1. User assistance

A significant upgrade is currently being built for a crucial business app. To produce new documentary evidence for the revamp, developers and administrators will work together. In addition to creating and delivering thorough training that gets everyone ready for the ultimate release of the updated version, IT staff may utilize the update for restricted beta testing, enabling a select set of users to try out the brand-new edition.

What Kinds of Information Technology Are There?

The following are just a few of the various information technology trends:

  • Synthetic intelligence
  • Utilizing the cloud
  • Connectivity
  • Cybercrime
  • Data collection and management
  • Facilities
  • Network of things
  • Computer learning
  • Repairs and upkeep

This list is by no means complete, and new technological applications are continuously being developed.

Information Technology’s Positive Effects

Our lives have changed dramatically thanks to information systems. Everything is merely a touch away for you. So, the advantages of knowledge in our daily lives are listed below. Information technology is required in every industry.

  1. With the development of IT, anyone can connect the company’s scheme from anywhere. The power need not be restricted to the office. They are also capable of submitting their work from home. One’s efficiency has undoubtedly increased despite not being physically present in the office thanks to incredibly simple access to the computer system.
  1. In many industries, there is a huge need for IT specialists. The demand presents a huge possibility for IT professionals to learn more about the industry and showcase their skills. Individuals can seek employment in the IT industry doing things like custom application design, analysis phase, testing, project management, and java programming.
  1. Patients benefit from information technology as well. They now can consult doctors digitally and get guidance. Numerous virtual healthcare systems are also accessible to give direction. Patients are receiving effective and high-quality healthcare thanks to electronic medical records and telecare.
  1. Newscasts are now much easier thanks to technologies for wireless communication. To find out the latest news from anywhere in the world, it only takes a few moments.
  1. We have experienced and comprehended what globalization means thanks to information technology. There are no longer any physical limitations separating countries because the globe is on one platform today. Citizens of the world now exist.

Information Technology versus Information Systems

Information systems integrate the technology, folks, and procedures related to information, in contrast to information technology. Information technology is the process of designing and putting information, or data, into an information system.  Collaborating with others is a requirement both for information technology and information systems, but IS specialists are generally more adept at integrating technology as well as other devices to achieve organizational goals. Although they play a crucial role in the organization as a whole, IT professionals are more concerned with the hardware, software, and mechanical devices.

Final Reflections

Information technology: What is it? Hardware, software, connectivity, storage, infrastructural facilities, and procedures are constantly evolving in order to create, procedure, store, safeguard, and exchange all types of electronic data in ever-more-innovative ways. Over the recent decades, the development of information technology has accelerated dramatically. Although this advancement can be divided into five distinct stages, there are numerous superficial similarities and crossovers, such as in the case of the adaptable mainframe, for example. Today, information technology is so widespread and significant that every company is thought of as being in the technology business. Information technology is currently on the verge of developing to a subatomic level, which will expand computing’s possibilities and applications, moving beyond the traditional combination.

Under Section 44 AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, the provision of Income Tax Audit is taken place. An income Tax Audit is aimed to examine an individual’s organization’s tax returns by any outside agency. An income Tax Audit is covered to verify all income, and expenditure incurred, and get the deduction information. As per the act, the assessment year will be the year in which you declare the income for tax assessment and fill your returns.

A tax Audit is mandatory for all taxpayers

Do tax audit is mandatory under the provisions of the Income Tax Act. Under this provision, all taxpayers are required to do an audit of all the accounts of their organization or business. The Chartered Accountant performs the tax audit and is required to submission of all its findings and observations in the form of an audit report.

Section 44 AB is concerned with those classes of taxpayers who are liable to get their audit done by a Chartered Accountant. The Chartered Accountant has to file the Tax Audit Report to the income tax department electronically. After completing the Income Tax report by the Chartered Accountant, the taxpayer is required an approval submitted reports using an E-filing account with the Income Tax Department.

The objective of the Income Tax Audit

The objective of the tax audit process at ascertaining compliance with various income tax provisions. Before the due date, If the Tax audit report is not made then the taxpayers will have to pay a penalty. As per section 271B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, any delay in compliance may attract a penalty of either 0.5 percent of the total sales, turnover, or gross business receipts or Rs 1,50,000. As per Section 271B, if a person who is required to comply with Section 44AB is not able to get their accounts audited, then the penalty will be imposed on that person.

Section 271B states that if a person who is needed to comply with Section 44AB fails to get their accounts audited, then the person will give a penalty. Thus, a tax audit is compulsory for individuals. By the proper system of doing tax audits, it becomes possible for all businesses to do maintenance of books of accounts and other revenue or expense records systematically. Tax audit in a proper way ensures that total claims for deduction and income should be appropriately and properly done by the businessman. Failure to comply with the income tax rules would attract a penalty and individuals wishing to avoid any penalty should ensure full compliance with all the rules of the income tax audit.

The Tax Audit Due due date is extended by CBDT

The CBDT extends the due date for income tax audit report filling and the taxpayers till 7th October. The last date was September 30 but as per the demand of chartered accountants, the government decided to extend the tax audit due date for AY 2022-23. So, Before September 30, the taxpayers are required to get an audit for the assessment year 2022-23.

Paying consideration to taxpayers’ demand, the department took the decision to extend the date by a week. CBDT extends the due date for filing various reports of audit for Assessment Year 2022-23 from 30th September 2022 to 7th October 2022 for certain categories of assessees.

The due date is extended for the technical issues

Earlier, taxpayers took complaints on various social media platforms including Twitter demanding an extension on the due date, and the income tax portal is now working properly. As per the official statement, In consideration of difficulties faced by the stakeholders and taxpayers in the filing of various reports of audit for the AY 2022-23, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has taken a decision to extend the due date for filing of various reports of the audit.

Navratri 2022 Maha Ashtami: What is the significance of Ashtami?

The annual Hindu festival of Navratri honors the goddess Durga. It takes place over nine nights (and ten days) during the months of Chaitra and Sharada (March/April on the Gregorian calendar). It is observed and celebrated in various ways throughout the Hindu-Indian cultural sphere.

Durga Ashtami is considered to be one of the most important and auspicious days of Navratri. Durga Ashtami is celebrated on the Ashtami Tithi of Shukla Paksha in the month of Ashwina.  Maha Ashtami is another name for Durga Ashtami.. This year, Maha Ashtami has been observed on October 3rd, 2022, throughout the country.

The nine-day festival commemorates the triumph of good over evil and coincides with Durga Puja, which is also widely celebrated in the same spirit each year. This year, Sharad Navratri began on September 26 and will end on October 4th (Navmi), with Dussehra or Vijayadashami on the 5th.

Om Sarva Mangal Mangalayayei Shive Sarvartha Sadhike

 Sharanyayi Triambike Gauri Narayani Namostute..!!

On the eighth day of Navratri, devotees worship Mata Mahagauri, also known as Maa Shwetambardhara. She is a manifestation of Devi Parvati, Lord Shiva’s consort. Unlike the ferocious goddess Kalaratri, Maha Gauri is calm and compassionate. She is dressed in white and mounted on a bull. Anyone who worships the goddess is said to be relieved of all suffering.

This avatar’s goddess has four hands, and her right arm is in the pose of calming fear, while her right lower hand holds a trident. Mahagauri has a tambourine (damaru) in her left upper arm, and the lower one is in the shape of a blessing. She rides a bull, lion, or tiger.

The hands are holding a trident, a lotus, and a drum, with the fourth in a blessing gesture. A rosary is sometimes used in place of the lotus. She is dressed in white and rides a white bull. Her weapons are the Trident, Tambourine (Damaru), Abhayamudra, and Varada mudra.

Ashtami Tithi Begins – October 2nd, 2022 at 06:47 PM

Ashtami Tithi Ends- October 3, 2022, at 04:37 PM.

The entire nation comes together to celebrate the great occasion of Navratri. People all over the country are filled with joy, happiness, and excitement. Worshiping nine goddesses over nine days, stage decorations, recital of the legend, enactment of the story, and chanting of Hindu scriptures are all part of the celebrations.

The nine days are also a major crop season cultural event, with activities such as competitive pandal design and staging, family visits to these pandals, and public celebrations of Hindu classical and folk dances. Fasting is a common way for Hindu devotees to celebrate Navaratri.

On the final day, known as Vijayadashami, the statues are either immersed in a body of water such as a river or ocean, or the statue representing evil is burned with fireworks, symbolizing the destruction of evil.

During the nine-day festival, a variety of dances, including Garba and dandiya raas, are performed. Garba is a traditional dance in which participants clap their hands and move in a circle while making rhythmic gestures, whereas dandiya raas involves dancing with dandiya sticks to the beat of the music.

People all over India celebrate Maha Ashtami by performing Kanya Pujan, in which they invite nine young girl children and worship them as a symbol of Maha Gauri Maa. The following are the rituals to be performed on this auspicious occasion of Maha Ashtami.

  • Get up early and take a holy bath.
  • Light a Diya, offer flowers and vermillion, apply tilak, and recite the Durga Saptashati Paath.
  • Prepare satvik food such as halwa, poori, and chana.
  • On the day of Kanya Pujan, devotees must break a coconut.
  • Make a plate of bhog prasad for Maa Durga.
  • Invite nine girls aged four to twelve.
  • Clean their feet. Put a tilak and tie a sacred thread around their wrist.
  • Provide them with food and a small piece of coconut.
  • By touching their feet, you can accept their blessings.
  • People should also donate food, fruit, and clothing to needy and impoverished girls.

We all celebrate Maha Ashtami with zeal and excitement, but have you ever considered why Maha Ashtami is so significant? Why is it important to perform all rituals in the correct order? It is now time to explain the true meaning of Maha Ashtami. Maa Durga is said to have given birth to eight Shaktis: Brahmani, Maheshwari, Kaumari, Vaishnavi, Varahi, Nasinghi, Indrani, and Chamuda.

Goddess Durga is the mother of the universe, according to Hindu mythology, and is believed to be the power behind the universe’s creation, preservation, and destruction. The Hindu warrior Goddess Durga is depicted as a beautiful woman with ten arms bearing divine weapons to protect each of us.

Maa Durga appeared in the form of Maa Durga after killing all the demons, and all the deities worshipped Goddess Durga and offered prayers to her. Durga Ashtami commemorates Goddess Durga’s victory over the demons Mahishasura, Chand Munda, Shumbh Nishumbh, and Raktabeej.

People who worship the Goddess with good intentions receive prosperity, happiness, wealth, and health. On this day, the weapons of Goddess Durga are worshiped, and the celebration is known as ‘Astra Puja.’ Durga Ashtami Vrat is celebrated with zeal in India’s northern and western regions. Durga Ashtami is known as ‘Bathukamma Panduga’ in some areas of Andhra Pradesh.

The Mahatma Gandhi’s journey and legacy

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, also considered the father of the Nation or Mahatma, is well-known around the universe for his kindness and ethical beliefs. One of the most significant figures of the 19th and 20th centuries was Mahatma Gandhi. Additionally, his nonviolent methods influenced movements for civil rights all over the world.  He is widely regarded during the Indian Independence movement.  Let’s look at a few fascinating facts about the Mahatma as the world commemorates his 153rd birthday.

Early Years

  • Gandhi, then 19 years old travelled to London in 1888 to enroll in the Inner Temple’s law programme, He adopted a vegan lifestyle and decided to join the London Vegetarian Society council. Gandhi also began reading about and researching various world faiths at this time.
  • Gandhi returned to Bombay in 1891 to resume his legal career. He landed a position at a legal firm shortly after his come back and was transferred to South Africa. Gandhi ended up spending 20 years of service in South Africa with his wife and kids.
  • Gandhi was born in Victoria times. The British Empire during this period was at its peak. India, the country Gandhi was born in, was one of the nations they largely controlled. According to Gandhi, the empire was a peculiar fusion of business avarice and an effort to be missionaries. India was regarded as the imperial jewel in the crown of Queen Victoria. The British referred to this colonial rule as Raj. They began their first colonization of India. It was more prevalent than ever in the latter part.
  • Gandhi encountered prejudice when he immigrated to Africa from Europe. He was assaulted and ejected from a first-class train car for refusing to give his seat to a European traveller. For Gandhi, this incident marked a pivotal moment.
  • Gandhi was a quiet youngster. He would avoid playing sports, and he had difficulty in the classroom. Gandhi particularly struggled with Mathematics.

In India, religion is significant, and it can be argued that Mahatma Gandhi’s methodology to the individual liberty was influenced by his religion. Gandhi watched her mother, who was deeply involved in religion. Gandhi practiced Vaishnavism, a morally strict Indian religious ideology whose central features are peaceful resistance and the idea the idea that everything in the human world is eternal. Vaishnavism is centered on the devotion of the Hindu god Vishnu and has a strong influence.

The youth can try to adopt some of his traits on his birth anniversary:

  1. Satyamev Jayate, which means “Truth always wins,”

For Gandhi, the most essential thing was to be honest. In addition to preaching the truth, he also lived it. Gandhi once told his parents a false story while he was youthful and deeply regretted it. He felt bad about suppressing the truth.

His father later recognized his guts to speak the reality when he issued an apology and actually admitted it.  Going to follow Gandhi’s simple advice will make a significant difference in how people view and cure you. Gandhi conducted numerous experiments with truth throughout his life and career and observed how it aided and saved him in trying circumstances.

  1. Eye for an eye will turn everyone blind

The idea has touched many people all over the world and is still the driving principle behind non-violence today. We now experience rage attacks and other weaknesses. It is the root of many societal issues like harassment, abusive behavior, and road rage that lead to various crimes and years of disappointment. We fail to understand that anger and resentment can never be productive. Their effects have always been detrimental.

  1. Being forgiving is noble

The powerful possess forgiveness, not just the mild. Gandhi always advocated forgiving those who wrong others or use harsh language.

  1. Consume simple foods in the proper amounts

Gandhi was a strong supporter of restraint and basic nutrition. He conducted food experiments to determine whether eating in moderation would provide him with sufficient energy. Many of the issues that young people face today are linked to poor eating habits, eating irregular hours, or eating fatty foods. A quick but filling breakfast would be a good way to start your day.

  1. The world needs change, so lead by example

Unless you practice what you proclaim, you can never make someone else follow you precepts. Gandhi rose to the challenge and embodied the transformation he wished to see in the world. He was never mad, kept his cool, and was frequently the first to offer forgiveness. He was truthful and used non-violence as a tool. People sat up and listened to him as they knew he practiced what he proselytized.

  1. More powerful than the body is the mind

Children must understand that while physical stamina is vital, mental toughness is essential. Gandhi was vulnerable, but his intellect was stronger. He overcame many challenges thanks to his mental toughness, which finally led to India’s independence.

His mental fortitude caused the British to submit and depart from India. The mind must be extraordinarily strong.

The final years of Gandhi

India became Independent from Britain in his final years. A left-leaning Labor Party won the British election over Churchill. Labor was committed to advancing Indian Independence.

The three years following the death of his wife were disastrous. Along with losing his wife, he witnessed the division of his nation into India and Pakistan. Gandhi opposed the partition. He desired harmony. He believed that in addition to violent behavior and forced mass relocation, the split would cause. Gandhi had a point. Across the newly established territorial boundaries, Muslims and Hindus killed one another in appalling numbers. For certain religion reasons, people were forced to emigrate across the border in pursuit of safety. Many thousands, if not millions, of people perished. Gandhi believed that his lessons of nonviolence and cooperation with others had not been applied in India.

Despite his efforts, the violence continued. He kept fasting repeatedly until he passed away. He once went through a fast before the Hindu and Muslim leaders agreed to maintain harmony. After recuperating, he intended to perform the same task for Punjab. That was not to be, though. A Hindu patriot by the name of Nathuram Vinayak Godse stormed into Gandhi’s yard on Friday, January 30, 1948. Mahatma offered this invader a Hindu benediction rather than acting out of anger or aggression. However, the man then shot Gandhi four times after pulling a gun from his bag. Gandhi’s hands were folded in a harmonious manner as smoke grew around him.  Hei Ra….ma was his last utterance.  Gandhi was assassinated because the assassin thought Gandhi had been excessively tolerant of Muslims during the division of India. Godse had wished that Gandhi’s passing would trigger an all-out war among India and Pakistan, destroying the Muslim state. Conversely, it resulted in unity as both Hindus and Muslims merged in memorializing the deceased Mahatma. The entire rest of the world was in mourning, as evidenced by the lowering of flags to half-staff and the deepest sympathies sent to India by monarchs, cardinals, and presidential candidates.

Final thoughts

Some people appear to believe that kindness is merely passive reactions rather than a motivating factor for action.

They overlook the fact that Gandhi combined it with accountability. He took part actively rather than just watching. He preached after first having followed. In all respects, he was a true leader. He never had an urge for power or fortune but was always in the side when there was a risk to life.  His life’s motto was selfless act. He knew that while avarice is unending, get an end, so he lived a simple life based predicted on his necessities.

“Strength is a mental quality, not a physical one. It originates from an unbreakable will.”
