Students can easily become addicted to the Internet and make their lives miserable there.

A person needs to socialize, form friendships, and socialize in person, but these activities have all but disappeared due to excessive internet use. While it is well known that the Web is a great place to meet new individuals and develop friends, these relationships are not connected to our immediate surroundings. When compared to working hard and making friends, students become hooked to sending messages and online chats. They find it uncomfortable to communicate face-to-face now, which has an impact on their social life. There is no other explanation for the students’ poor interpersonal and communication skills than their overuse of the internet. If we pay attention, we can find countless instances where students are jeopardizing their futures close to us.


The web also contains risky games like Momo, Blue Whale, and others. To bait them into performing pointless tasks and ultimately killing themselves, they prey on pupils and young children. After making friends with the students and learning all about them and their weak points, they strike them mentally and use threats and intimidation.

There were numerous examples of students committing suicide in 2017–18 as a result of Blue Whale. The youngsters of today are at risk from these sorts of websites. The internet is a very dangerous place for students because they are more susceptible to exploitation and seduction.


Internet-connected computers are easily infected by viruses, which can obtain personal information like email, financial information, and credit card numbers. Additionally, it might harm our technology. Undesired emails, advertisements, and other materials of a similar nature are occasionally referred to as having viruses because of their capacity to disturb the system and give users numerous problems.
